Last days as a family of 3!

We're down to our last 2 days as a family of 3. Maggs still doesn't understand too much about what's going. I'm starting to freak out beyond belief. Isy seems pretty unaffected by it right now.

For GREAT news, Maggs is actively potty training. She woke up from nap one day this week and decided it was time. We've had a couple accidents, but not too much. She's pooped in the potty once, so I'm hoping that continues. We haven't started wearing panties to bed yet. I think we will at nap time once she gets the daytime potty thing down pat. I'm not ready to interrupt her 12 hour nights. I'm selfish. With a new baby waking up all the time, I don't think I want to turn that into 2 babies up during the night.

For a cute Maggie story . . . I bought her a new fork and spoon the other day. Walmart had some super cute Elmo ones (which you know from the previous blog; she loves Elmo). I bought them thinking she would absolutly love them, and she did. We had to eat as soon as she opened them. While she was eating her pasta, she took a break to give her Elmo fork 2 hugs and a kiss. I thought this was slightly adorable, but to increase that adorableness, I see her try to feed the fork some pasta (He has a slightly opened mouth). Eating will never be the same.

Now the pictures. Some are from Easter and her birthday.

Almost There!

We've had so many changes since the last blog. Let's see where to start.

We moved back to Grenada about a month ago. I'm so very excited to be out of the delta. We have what we consider to be a pretty awesome apartment on the edge of town. It's only about 10 minutes away from everything though. I managed to get my out of town living and Isy got his close to town. What a wonderful compromise.

Isy's almost done with school. He'll student teach this semester and graduate in December, Lord willing. I'm nervous for him as he starts this semester. I'll be so excited when he graduates. I've got one year left. The hardest semester yet and then I'll student teach. I'm already getting nervous about that. I'll be driving to DSU next semester everyday. I'm looking forward to lots of sleepless nights, long drives, tons of money devoted to gas, and coffee just to get by.
He's got a job at a new locally owned restaurant in town. I'm pretty sure he really likes. He's talked about getting some type of cooking degree when he graduates. We'll be thinking about that until December gets here.

Maggs just turned 2! She had a great party. It was all about Elmo this time. I got her to try skating in the baby skates for the first time. She's so independent; she didn't want any help from anyone. Sadly, I don't have the pictures from that yet.

And Zoe. Don't think I forgot about her. She'll be here on the 28th. Unless she decides she's ready before then, we have a c-section scheduled for that Tuesday. 2 weeks! I'm so very ready to be unpregnant and miserable. I'll get to spend my 22nd birthday coming off of morphine. Maggs is noticing all the stuff that's for baby but not exactly sure what's going on. There's all this talk of baby and Zoe but no baby for her to see. She gets stuff and ask if it's for baby or Maggie.

Now for some pictures.
This first one is Maggs at the restaurant Isy works at. It's got a really nice family environment. The inside of the car just has the bench seat covered in a pink shag fabric and a TV in the front so the kids can watch TV while they wait or just play in the car- Maggs' favorite.
